Project Timeline

Roles and Responsbilities

Responsibilities: Develop project timeline, recruit project volunteers, assign project roles, give final approval on all material produced by other project members, ensure timeline is adhered to, problem solve any issues that arise, mediate between project members.

Responsibilities: Post clues and send information (twitter, blog, email) at specific times, provide immediate feedback by releasing clues when players solve specific parts of the game.

Responsibilities: Design website, blog, music puzzle interface, posters, printed letter, t-shirt, newspaper articles.

Responsibilities: Code the Pullman Research website with member login functionality. Code John Martin’s blog, set up John Martin’s Twitter and Hotmail accounts. Code music puzzle interface. Code/set up survey for online study participants.

Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with Graphic designer to write content for Pullman Research website, newspaper articles, Usurpents homepage, posts content for twitter, blog, printed letter, posters. Write survey questions for online study participants.

Responsibilities: Hand deliver printed letters to students in QUT Music tutorials. Record audio file for blog post.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Twitter, Google, Tumblr, Website Domain, Hotmail, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Word, Flash

A3 Printing – Provided by QUT.

A4 Printing – provided in kind by project member.

Graphic design, web development, script and content writing, acting, project management. Services to be provided in kind by project members.

T-shirt – for screen printing and wearing by actor, can be donated from actor’s wardrobe

Iron on print – for T-shirt

Paper – for printing of letter, and A3 paper for printing of posters

Audio recording equipment – for recording of audio file, could be on iPhone or computer microphone

Computer/s – to produce the collateral

Printer – to produce the collateral

Internet connection – to post blogs etc
